Web poker has become world famous as of late, with televised competitions and celebrity poker game events. The games universal appeal, though, stretches back in fact a bit farther than its TV scores. Over the years several types on the first poker game have been created, including a few games that are not really poker anymore. Caribbean stud poker is one of these games. Regardless of the name, Caribbean stud poker is more closely resembling 21 than traditional poker, in that the players wager against the bank rather than each other. The succeeding hands, are the established poker hands. There is no concealment or other kinds of concealment. In Caribbean stud poker, you are expected to pay up before the croupier saying "No more wagers." At that instance, both you and the dealer and of course all of the other players attain 5 cards each. After you have seen your hand and the dealer’s first card, you need to either make a call bet or bow out. The call bet’s amount is akin to your beginning bet, which means that the risks will have increased two fold. Giving Up means that your ante goes immediately to the dealer. After the bet comes the face off. If the house does not have ace/king or greater, your bet is given back, including a figure in accordance with the initial bet. If the house does have ace/king or greater, you succeed if your hand beats the dealer’s hand. The bank pony’s up chips equal to your bet and controlled odds on your call bet. These expectations are:
- Even for a pair or high card
- two to one for 2 pairs
- three to one for three of a kind
- 4-1 for a straight
- 5-1 for a flush
- seven to one for a full house
- twenty to one for a 4 of a kind
- fifty to one for a straight flush
- 100-1 for a royal flush
